Econ Agenda: Baton is passing to new group of central bankers

The Snake River Pale Ale will flow in the Blue Heron Lounge, and the Grand Tetons will loom grandly, but otherwise this year's gathering of central bankers in Jackson Hole, Wyo., will have little in common with the momentous sessions of years past.
